Jessica Cronce is an academic expert risky behaviors, including substance use, in college students. Her research and clinical interests focus on the prevention of harms related to alcohol use, drug use, gambling, and other health-risk behaviors among college students and other young adults. They extend to dietary behaviors and physical activity in this population, especially as they interact with alcohol use to predict overall risk for consequences. Jessica works with the UO’s Office of Student Life to evaluate and increase the efficacy of prevention strategies utilized by the university and design research-based risk prevention programs for first year students.
