The Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon and its committees will hold meetings as noticed below. Public meetings will be held in the Giustina Ballroom in the Ford Alumni Center (1720 E. 13th Avenue) on the University of Oregon’s Eugene campus.

FINANCE AND FACILITIES COMMITTEE: Monday, June 5, 2023 at 9 a.m.
Subjects of the meeting will include: quarterly finance and treasury reports; authorization of FY24 expenditure and capital authority; an update on East campus housing planning efforts; and authorization for certain capital expenditures projects, including full authorization for the Heritage project, lease approval for the Romania property, authorization to purchase property at 1700 Millrace Drive, and construction related approval of a new football practice facility.

EXECUTIVE, AUDIT AND GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE: Monday, June 5, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.
Subjects of the meeting will include: a presentation on risk management and organizational resilience.

ACADEMIC AND STUDENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE: Monday, June 5, 2023 at 1 p.m. 
Subjects of the meeting will include: a report from the provost; an overview from the College of Design; a report on the university’s Hispanic Serving Institution Initiative, and updates from the Knight Campus and Ballmer Institute.   

BOARD OF TRUSTEES EXECUTIVE SESSION: Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 8 a.m. 
The Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon will meet in executive session pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (“ORS”) 192.660(2)(d) to discuss collective bargaining.  Pursuant to ORS 192.660(6), no final action will be taken, or final decision made in the executive session. This session is closed to members of the public and the media. There are no materials for this meeting.

FULL BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 9 a.m. 
Subjects of the meeting will include: standing reports; consideration of seconded motions from June 5th committee meetings; a report on university cybersecurity efforts; an update on state affairs; and board leadership elections.
