Benedict McWhirter is an academic expert in adolescent risky behavior, prevention and interventions. At the University of Oregon, he is the head of counseling psychology and human services. Benedict investigates the factors that contribute to adolescent risky behaviors. He is especially interested in developing effective preventive interventions.
